Appropriate fees

In compliance with the rules of the profession, and with a view to transparency, ODEON AVOCATS presents its clients with a fee agreement as soon as the case is opened, enabling them to be aware of the conditions of the intervention.

The fees are freely discussed between the Firm and the client and take into account, according to the practices, the client’s situation, the difficulty of the case, the costs incurred by the lawyer, his experience and his diligence.

The fees are fixed taking into account the hours spent studying the case.

When the nature of the case allows it, flat-rate and/or result-based fees may be considered.

ODEON AVOCATS also offers its regular clients a legal subscription.
